A reminder, that the 2023 Annual General Meeting of the Cromer Public School P & C Association is being held school this Tuesday 21st March commencing at 7:00 p.m. We welcome all to attend.

Following the presentation of the annual reports, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following positions:
• President
• 2 x Vice Presidents
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Committee Members (up to 6)

Nominations will also be sought for chairperson and membership of the Music Sub-Committee.

We are keen to hear from people who are interested in helping out. This year we need to fulfil a number of the positions on the P & C Executive and are seeking Committee Members to assist with coordinating events throughout the year. The AGM is open to all parents and carers who wish to attend, however only financial members are eligible to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions.

Please note that last year’s membership is valid until the end of this year’s Annual General Meeting.
