P & C Annual General Meeting

The 2021 Annual General Meeting of the Cromer Public School P & C Association will be held at school on Tuesday 16th February commencing at 7:00 p.m. We welcome all to attend.

The current President and Treasurer will present their annual reports.

Following this, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following positions:
• President
• 2 x Vice Presidents
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Executive Committee Members (up to 6)

Nominations will also be sought for chairpersons and membership of the following P&C Sub-Committees:
• Canteen
• Fundraising & Events
• Music
• Uniform Shop

You can make payment of 50c at the meeting or, if unable to attend, you can drop payment with a copy of your form to the school office.

The AGM will be followed by the first general meeting for the year.
