The 2020 Annual General Meeting of the Cromer Public School P & C Association will be held on Tuesday 18th February commencing at 7:00 p.m. We welcome all to attend.

The current President and Treasurer will present their annual reports.

Following this, all current office bearer roles will be declared vacant and nominations called for the following positions:
• President
• 2 x Vice Presidents
• Secretary
• Treasurer
• Executive Committee Members (up to 6)

Nominations will also be sought for chairpersons and membership of the following P&C Sub-Committees:
• Canteen
• Fundraising & Events
• Music
• Uniform Shop

All current P&C members are encouraged to attend the AGM to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions on the executive and sub-committees.

The AGM is open to all parents and carers who wish to attend, however only financial members are eligible to vote and/or nominate for vacant positions.
